The short version
It's how we say hey.
Épale (eh-PAH-leh) is the Venezuelan way of saying hey — the thing you call out when you run into someone. It's a greeting, which felt about right for a truck window.
The burger is a smash burger — flat top, pressed thin, crisp edges, nothing clever about it. What makes it ours is the sazón: the Venezuelan seasoning we grew up on, worked into a marinade we've been tuning for months. That's the part you'll taste.
We're new. No opening week stories to tell you yet, no reviews, nothing to oversell — just the flat top and a lot on Poplar Avenue in East Memphis with parking right there.
The full menu goes up on this page before we open. Catering and private events will follow once the window is running — we're not booking those yet. Until then, this is the honest version.
